Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized massage technique that aims to improve lymphatic circulation throughout the body. This type of massage uses gentle rapid rhythmic strokes and light pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is responsible for removing toxins from the body.

This technique uses a combination of kneading, stroking, and gentle pressure to move lymphatic fluid toward the lymph nodes, where it can be filtered and eliminated from the body. The massage is performed using specific movements that are designed to promote the flow of lymphatic fluid and can help with bloating, swelling, detoxing, improving circulation and boosting of the immune system.

These treatments are administered by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and are eligible for coverage under extended health benefits.
