In our continued efforts to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy we ask that you continue to wear a mask while inside the clinic.
For your convenience all appointments – medical, wellness, rehabilitation, mental health and Integra SkinLab – are conducted on an appointment-only basis. This policy also pertains to our Walk In Clinic as well.
If you are canceling because you do not feel well, we trust that you will provide us with at least 24 hours notice.
For appointments canceled or no-showed on the same day, a full-fee may be applied to your appointment, including if you are canceling due to testing positive for Covid-19 or being in close contact with a positive Covid-19 case.
We do encourage you to leave a voicemail, cancel online, email (appointments@integrahealthcentre.com) or call ahead to avoid late cancellation fees.
Please note these policies are put in place to ensure that our patient community is able to access their health care team as they need. Appointments that are not canceled appropriately do not allow for the rest of our patient community to get access to these appointments and they often go unfilled with last minute cancellations.
We thank you for your continued understanding as we look to serve our patients in the best way possible.
