After your appointment is booked, you will receive a detailed health questionnaire to your email to assist your practitioner in your treatment.
Your practitioner will conduct a detailed assessment of your injury and will point out all of the areas in your body that are not moving optimally. Bring a pair of comfortable and loose fitting clothes. You can also bring a copy of imaging reports that may pertain to your injury.
Your practitioner will determine the best treatment plan that will provide the fastest relief with long-term results. They will explain everything as the sessions progresses so that you learn more about your condition, understand the assessment findings and feel safe and comfortable with the treatment techniques provided.
Your practitioner will provide you with a treatment plan which will map out the frequency of visits you will require and other resources pertaining to your injury/condition.
A doctor’s referral is not required. However, some extended insurance plans may require one to provide reimbursements. You can book an appointment with one of our in-house physicians to obtain a note if you do not have a family doctor.
Our Allied services are often covered by most extended health benefits plans, but we advise you to check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
