PHYSIOTHERAPY Downtown Toronto

When you suffer a sprain, strain, concussion, back or neck pain, or other discomfort, chances are you need some physiotherapy to address the issue.

Physiotherapy focuses on preventing injury and disability through manual techniques and exercise therapy. In short, physiotherapists specialize in optimizing your body’s natural movement – and getting it back on track when neurological and musculoskeletal dysfunction arises.

Working with an Integra Physiotherapist will help improve your functional strength and mobility, manage acute and chronic conditions, progress injury rehabilitation, as well as address physical limitations and provide ergonomic lifestyle modifications.

All of these things work together to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to self-manage and take charge of your personal recovery and body maintenance moving forward.

What makes Integra physiotherapists different?

Our Toronto Physiotherapists use multiple approaches to make sure their patients recover effectively and efficiently. These include but are not limited to – hands-on and tool assisted Manual therapy, Stretching and Mobility, Posture and Body mechanics and most importantly Education.

Our King street physiotherapists are continuously learning and co-managing patients with not only our in-house family physicians but also the variety of healthcare practitioners we have at Integra such as our massage therapists, chiropractors, naturopaths and more to provide an enhanced treatment plan.

At Integra, our physiotherapists believe that ample time spent assessing our patients before building a structured treatment plan will lead to faster recovery and better outcomes. Hence, we have extended our diagnosis and treatment times to be longer than industry standards.

Our fully functional gym is highly versatile and allows for our physiotherapists to ensure that our patients are executing their workouts in a safe manner to prevent injuries. Our new equipment will allow us to do a better job at helping our patients gain strength and functionality whether they’re at the beginning or end of their rehab.
