Your RMT will provide an exam and go over any health concerns you may have. Their treatments can be customized to meet your complaint/goals. Additionally, all our therapists are experts at massages of all pressure types to help get you the desired results you want while combining relaxation techniques too.
Yes, there is often a consultation, but you won't find it will cut into your treatment time. We offer a consultation to ensure that you get the right results from your treatment
We offer 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute appointments.
Integra Health Centre has two state of the art clinics in downtown Toronto that are able to accommodate this service – one located in the Financial District’s PATH system and the other in the Exchange Tower.

All of our RMTs are skilled professionals and work with patients of all types. If you are keen on pre-selecting a male or female RMT, our care coordinators can assist you or you can visit us online to meet your therapist in advance of an appointment.

Alana Bentham completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University. While collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, she gained a vast amount of experience working as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer in rehabilitation and fitness settings.
Dre completed her registered massage therapy training in Vancouver BC at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Growing up as a rough and tumble athlete, Dre sustained minor injuries through dance, TaeKwon Do and track and field.
Jake is a Registered Massage Therapist new to the Toronto area. He has been practicing for 4 years since graduating from The International Academy of Health Sciences in Ottawa, Ontario.
Alex sees the body as a holistic network of systems with the nervous system in the driver’s seat. He approaches issues with a wide-lens, using orthopedic and functional testing to guide treatments so they address not just the symptoms but the root cause as well.
Terence is a registered massage therapist with extensive experience in the world of luxury spa. He is a good listener and always makes the effort to ensure patient comfort. Terence is an active learner and is always trying new modalities to enhance his treatments.
A doctor’s referral is not required. However, some extended insurance plans may require one to provide reimbursements. You can book an appointment with one of our in-house physicians to obtain a note if you do not have a family doctor.
Our Allied services are often covered by most extended health benefits plans, but we advise you to check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage.
Please note that we don't do direct billing.


Sarah completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. During this time, she worked as a personal trainer and gained a specific interest in physiotherapy.

Sukh completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry at Simon Fraser University where he conducted research in immunology and transplant rejection.
