We now offer online booking for family medicine and walk in (by appointment) services.
Please book this appointment only if you have a rostered family doctor at Integra Health. If you were previously a family medicine patient here, please book a walk-in appointment.
If you do not see an appointment with your family doctor, you may book with another family doctor or walk-in doctor.
Please reach out via email if you're looking to schedule a Physical or PAP appointment. Upon receipt of your email, we will provide you with a booking link.
Appointments requiring liquid nitrogen should exclusively be scheduled at our Commerce Court site during the second and third weeks of the month.
Please check the schedules at both our Exchange Tower and Commerce Court locations as our physicians work out of both.

Please note you must have received your blood lab requisition from an Integra physician to book blood work here. Any other requisition will not be accepted.
