Secure video appointments from wherever you are

Virtual appointments allow you to connect with our Integra physician from home or the office - no commute required.


Eligibility requirements:

  • You are rostered to a Family Doctor at Integra Health
  • Or you have seen a walk-in physician at Integra in person within the last 24 months
  • Ministry of Health requires prior in-person visit with the same physician
  • New patients must book an in-person visit first before becoming eligible

How to access your virtual link:

Virtual links are shared after your first in-person visit. If you have seen one of our walk-in physicians within the last 24 months, email us to receive your personal booking link.
