Samantha Devillez is a certified Athletic Mindset and High-Performance Coach
dedicated to helping athletes and high performers unlock their full potential. With an
MBA from Queen’s Smith School of Business and a strong foundation in performance
psychology, Samantha brings a unique combination of strategic insight, mental resilience training, and evidence-based coaching to her clients. She is currently completing a master’s program in Clinical Psychology, further deepening her expertise in understanding human performance and behavior.
A former competitive basketball player and rep coach for U13 girls, Samantha
understands the discipline, focus, and mental toughness required to succeed in high-level sport. She now leverages her experience to guide athletes of all levels, teaching them how to manage pressure, develop confidence, and sustain peak performance both on and off the field.
Samantha is also a proud mother of two young boys, with her eldest actively participating in developmental hockey and baseball leagues. Her personal insight as a parent and athlete informs her coaching philosophy: that high performance is not only about physical skill but also about cultivating mindset, resilience, and consistency. She works closely with her clients to help them achieve lasting success, balance, and growth in their athletic and professional pursuits.
