Anastasia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s-level education from Yorkville University. During her training, she has addressed a range of client issues including anxiety, depression, body image concerns, self-esteem, emotional regulation, among others. She specializes in supporting women who are navigating stress, burnout, and the relationship between mental and physical well-being. Her experience includes helping women manage chronic pain and brain fog, using mental health strategies to support the regulation of digestive, hormonal, and nervous systems, as well as to enhance energy levels and mood. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, combining talk therapy with somatic tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, and habit-based interventions.
In addition to her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from McMaster
University, Anastasia also holds 10 years of leadership experience in the corporate fitness industry. Through this experience, Anastasia understands the demands of competitive work life and the silent toll stress can impact on mental health. This led her to focus fully on mental health, where she integrates holistic and culturally informed practices to support lasting change.
Anastasia’s therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Somatic Practices, offering clients a holistic framework and empowers them to build practical skills, gain self-awareness, and actively engage in meaningful growth and transformation. Anastasia offers a safe, affirming space for all clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Outside the therapy room, she recharges in nature—hiking, skiing, and camping with her dog and within the city, she thoroughly enjoys strength and conditioning training to challenge her physical and mental strength. She brings this same grounded, adventurous energy into her therapeutic work.
