Rajdeep Deol works with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Rajdeep integrates CBT and Adlerian therapy, and for couples, she draws from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help break negative cycles, strengthen connection, and improve communication. Many clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, or recurring relational patterns that feel difficult to change.
She approaches care as a collaborative and compassionate partnership grounded in trust, empathy, and respect. She believes clients are the experts of their own experiences and works alongside them using a holistic, culturally informed, and evidence based approach to support insight, growth, and meaningful change.
Rajdeep provides a collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain clarity, build self-understanding, and feel genuinely heard. She takes a holistic, multicultural perspective that considers mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. She approaches therapy as a partnership built on trust, empathy, and respect, supporting clients in building resilience, confidence, and meaningful, lasting change aligned with their values.
