We want to share a transparent update about our online booking system.
Over the past few weeks, we introduced a new platform with the intention of making it easier and more convenient for you to book medical appointments. Our goal was to simplify access to care. Since launching, we’ve heard from many of you that the experience has not been as smooth as expected, including challenges with creating an account and booking errors.
Booking care should be simple. We’re sorry that this change made it more complicated.

As a result, effective March 1, we will no longer be using Pomelo and will be transitioning back to OceanMD. OceanMD offers a more straightforward booking experience and allows appointments to be scheduled without requiring an account.
During this transition, online booking will be temporarily paused while we relaunch OceanMD with improvements. In the meantime, please call us at 416-777-9355 or email us at appointments@integrahealthcentre.com to book your appointment. We anticipate online booking will be live again by March 15, 2026 and will notify you as soon as it’s available.
Please note that allied health, mental health, and cosmetic appointments remain unchanged and continue to be available through JaneApp. [insert booking link]
Our commitment is to make accessing care as seamless as possible. While we continue working toward reducing phone bookings, we want to ensure the platform we offer truly works well for our patients.
