Martina Luketich

Registered Dietitian

Understanding nutrition and health can be quite overwhelming, especially with all the conflicting information out there. In a time when our eating habits are constantly under pressure, Martina supports her patients as they come to realize that they can be their happiest and healthiest selves without trying another diet.

She uses non-diet approach to help her patients take the stress out of eating while also working with them to strengthen their relationship with food. When we shift from focusing on the latest health trend and instead allow ourselves to explore the foods we enjoy, nutrition becomes less complicated and so much more enjoyable.

Martina’s practice is always patient-centered and backed by the latest scientific research. Whether you’re looking to prevent or manage chronic disease, work through digestive issues, optimize performance, or strengthen your relationship with food, Martina offers personalized nutrition advice that is unique to you.

She has completed her practical dietetic training in a diverse range of settings including hospitals and rehabilitation centers, various clinics across Toronto, as well as corporate food industry. Outside of her clinical practice, Martina enjoys staying active by going to fitness classes, spending time with friends and family, and roaming around the city with a coffee.
