This policy applies to all divisions of Integra Health Consulting Inc.

We will ensure that our practices support long-term well-being for our clients, our team, and the communities we serve.

Responsibility for implementing this policy lies with the Corporate Development and Operations Leadership Teams, supported by all department managers. Each year, Integra Health Consulting Inc. will:
- Review and update its CSR data as part of the annual reporting process.
- Identify 1–2 achievable sustainability initiatives for the following year.
- Report progress and outcomes to our funding and contracting partners.
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Corporate Development team in alignment with the CSR submission cycle. Updates will reflect operational changes, new sustainability goals, and performance outcomes from the previous year.
