You likely know of vascular lesions as “spider veins” (clinically called Telangiectasia), which are often located near the surface of the skin and appear as fine or matted pink or red lines. In general, vascular lesions are pigmented lesions that appear on the skin resulting from a variety of reasons, such as aging, sun exposure, overuse of steroid creams, rosacea and port-wine stains.
Vascular lesions can be treated anywhere on the body with our procedure, including the face, back, chest, arms, underarms, bikini area, and legs.
Vascular lesions fade with each treatment session and eventually disappear. The rate of fading depends on the size of the vascular lesion in question. You can typically expect to see results within 4-6 weeks from the first session.
Treatment time is approximately 1 hour.
The number of sessions required varies for every patient. However most patients need x3-4 sessions at 4-6 weeks apart for optimal results.
