Liz is a Manual Osteopath graduating from the National Academy of Osteopathy. Prior to that she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree honours Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. She is a strong believer in continuing education completing certifications in Cranial Sacral, Microstretching and Cupping Therapy. She believes in utilizing an individual approach to health and rehabilitation through a combination of health disciplines.
Her background in athletics sparked a passion to understand injury and optimize the body’s ability to heal. She continues to work with athletic populations and sports related injuries. She also has extensive experience working with chronic pain management, TMJ issues, neck and low back pain, concussion rehabilitation and much more.
Liz strives to lead a healthy and active lifestyle through personal fitness and athletics. She enjoys playing ball hockey, snowboarding, weight training and practices animal flow.
