Brittany specializes in trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals of all ages, from youth to seniors. Her approach is grounded in rational compassion, respect, and a holistic perspective. Drawing from a range of effective therapeutic modalities, including DBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and Somatic therapy, she tailors her methods to suit each client's unique needs.

As a psychotherapist, her primary mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals and couples can freely explore and express themselves. She firmly believes that every person possesses the inner strength and capacity to transform their lives, regardless of their past or current circumstances.

Her belief is that all healing is possible, and she is dedicated to providing guidance and empowerment on your journey to becoming your best self. You're not alone on this path to well-being, and Brittany is here to support you every step of the way.
